Airport connections and transport to Seinäjoki

I am travelling next Thursday to Tampere airport from Palma de Mallorca. My first question is: Is there any "ryanair" special service to get the town (bus or train station)?
The second question is that as I'm goint to Seinäjoki, what is the best option bus or train?
I checked the train timetable, I'm supposed to land at 19.45, I guess the first bus I can catch from Paunu leaves at 21.10 so I'll have to take the train at 22.11 in a rush. Otherwise I'll have to wait until 23.59.
Is there any bus route from Tampere (airpot or bus station) to Seinäjoki? I found a webpage but it is in finnish and I couldn't understand a word. Can you please give me a clue about the bus service?

There is always a bus leaving from Terminal 2 to the railway station after a Ryanair flight has landed. You can check the exact timetable from http://www.airpro.fi/bus-schedules.

You will definitely catch the earlier train with the Ryanair bus connection, and it's a lot faster than the bus to Seinäjoki.
