The pearl of Petsamo - a beautifully furnished apartment set amongst the traditional wooden houses and apple trees of Petsamo, just a stone's throw away from the city centre.

5 minutes walk to the north of Petsamo lies the forest area of Kauppi and Lake Näsijärvi. On these shores you'll find Lapinniemi Spa and two of the best public saunas that Tampere has to offer. Kauppi is one of the main sports areas of Tampere with excellent walking and skiing paths. Other attractions within a 15 minute walk include the buzzing Tammela market place, Tampere concert hall, the cathedral, the ice hockey stadium, Tampere University, TAMK, Tays, and restaurants and pubs.

The 47 m2 apartment was extensively rennovated in 2010. It now has a large living room with a double sofabed, a large kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a combined toilet and shower room. For the long summer days there is the apple-tree-filled south-facing garden, and for the winter there are not one but two original Finnish fireplaces – one in the kitchen, and one in the living room.

Whatever you are doing in Tampere, this is the ideal place to stay, be it for festivals, conferences, holidays, visiting the amusement park of Särkänniemi, or for longer stays perhaps due to work.
