The Finnish Hockey Hall of Fame is one of the six museums in the world that specialise in the history of ice hockey. The museum holds more than 25,000 hockey-related objects and about 30,000 photographs in its collections.

The vigorous journey of Finnish ice hockey from the late 1920s up to today is introduced in the permanent exhibition of the Museum. The best-known exhibition objects are the Finnish Championship Trophy, the 'Canada Trophy', and the World Championship Trophy from 1995.
